1. No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that the 14-day withdrawal period applicable to distance purchases does not apply to digital files delivered instantly once the order is confirmed or once login credentials are sent. As soon as the download link is sent and the file is downloaded, or in the case of ebooks after the 500K mark, once the login credentials are sent to the client, no return or refund can be made.
2. Refund Policy Exceptions
A refund may only be granted under the following circumstances:

The downloaded file is corrupted (for ebooks prior to the 500K mark only).

The customer has not yet downloaded the file, and the refund request is made before the link is used (for ebooks prior to the 500K mark only).

The delivered product does not match the product ordered.
3. Claim Procedure
For any claim regarding a defective or incorrect product:

The customer must contact customer service at contact@power-ebook.com within 48 hours of receiving the download link or login credentials, providing a description of the issue and any necessary evidence.

Beyond commits to reviewing the request within 7 business days. If the claim is deemed valid, the customer will receive a corrected download link or a refund if no solution is found.
4. Multiple Downloads

For ebooks prior to the 500K mark: Customers are allowed up to 4 downloads per purchased file. If they experience issues, they can contact customer support for assistance. In the event of misuse of download rights, Beyond reserves the right to block access to the file.

For ebooks from the 500K mark onward: Downloads are no longer available; the ebook can only be viewed on our website.
If customers experience issues with downloading, they can contact customer service for support. In the event of download abuse, Beyond reserves the right to block file access.
5. Unauthorized Use
Any attempt to share, copy, or distribute the purchased digital files without authorization is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action. No claims or refund requests will be accepted if such misuse is detected.
